Diagnosis of Cushing's Disease is in two, reasonably priced tests
ACTH Stim test is nice but requires expensive Cortrosyn
Get urine and run a Cortisol:Creatinine Ratio
And
Get a baseline Cortisol, then give 0.015mg/kg Dexamethasone IV
Then check Cortisol at 4 hours, and 8 hours.
