thctherapy

Posted on February 18, 2019

Just an excerpt of something I wrote on behalf of a person who sent me an inquiry about THC for cancer.

First: I am a veterinarian, which provided me with scientific education, and medically discerning thought, but I am NOT a HUMAN DOCTOR –  let’s be clear. I do not provide any information anywhere nor in this message with the intent to diagnose or treat any person in need, nor a pet with whom I am not familiar.
I repeat:   I am a veterinarian, which provided me with scientific education, and medically discerning thought, but I am NOT a HUMAN DOCTOR –  let’s be clear. I do not provide any information anywhere nor in this message with the intent to diagnose or treat any person in need, nor a pet with whom I am not familiar.
I wish your friend with malignant melanoma the best of luck and a speedy recovery if possible.
THC – cannabis female plant oil  – – causes ALL cells which are exposed to it, to go into overdrive producing cerumide, which all cells naturally produce before dying of “old age”.
Old age in human cells is determined by their genetic code. But THC unnaturally accelerates this, and the exposed cells produce excess cerumide, and that causes them to “die of old age” before they’re legitimately coded to.
And I suppose everything would die, EXCEPT THAT regular cells can OVERRIDE the message that THC sends, to age out.  All regular cells live.
CANCER CELLS CANNOT resist the THC message, they produce the cerumide and die.
That is the way THC / Marijuana kills cancer cells.
There is a human, prescription grade THC medicine called “Marinol”* that your friend may be able to get access to.
Other patients actually board a plane, fly to Colorado or similar marijuana-legal locality, buy marijuana for ingestion, and ship it home via United Parcel Service (private carrier, NOT Federal carrier like USPS) – for their personal use. Legalities and other complications apply. This is a statement of fact, and not a directive nor a recommendation.

If you purchase leaf-marijuana for use against cancer, many people favor the “Ed Rosenthal” strains which seem to have the optimum balance between THC and CBD components.
Smoking marijuana does not seem to be as effective as ingestion of the compounds.
By way of explanation for why I know any of the above: My mother had Stage IV Ovarian Cancer and while taking pecan pies made with Ed Rosenthal strain marijuana, she enjoyed freedom from pain, anxiety, and her blood cell counts for rogue cancer cells dropped to normal levels (almost zero) from a count of over 1,700 initially.  She did perish, as they all do, but she was taking aggressive chemotherapy which left her too worn out for surgery. We regret not having the surgeries before she got too weak.
Some would argue that the low cancer / cell count in her bloodstream was from chemotherapy but the oncologist said that a marked decrease in cancer cell numbers on the blood test was not an anticipated or common characteristic of chemotherapy.
Here is a big fat document on the status of our understanding of what cannabis can ACTUALLY do as determined by legitimate scientific studies.
THC / cannabis therapies are TECHNICALLY illegal, unless attended by a real doctor and using Marinol as above. Most oncologists will not discount nor discourage the use of THC even illicitly with their patients but do strictly reserve comment about it’s value or interaction with Western modalities. “Use it at your own risk” or even better, a fingers-in-the ears  “What Daddy doesn’t know won’t hurt him” for plausible deniability.
The above is NOT to discourage any other modality you might choose, nor to cast aspersions on chemotherapy in general, nor do I hold THC therapies as a ‘cure’ or even a legitimate treatment for cancers. Again, all the above are statements of fact.
